The Volusia/Flagler community is fortunate to have one of the largest and most diverse concentrations of institutions of higher learning in the state. The presence of colleges and universities enriches the local community for residents and adds to the overall desirability of the area for business development and tourism. A strong partnership between the counties and the consortium will be mutually beneficial as we collaborate to advance county initiatives.
